Talia Mana, Leadership Coach
Although she doesn’t often admit to it, Talia Mana started her working life as an Accountant. Fortunately, she has since come to her senses, and after a successful corporate career spanning senior finance, marketing and management roles for Fortune 500 subsidiaries, she retrained as a psychologist and now works as a trainer, facilitator and professional speaker as well as writing for a number of online and print publications.

Talia is an experienced manager and entrepreneur known for her insightful and straight talking approach to problem solving. She has experience in senior management roles for Fortune 500 companies, as well as helping individuals with emotional eating, depression, financial and relationship difficulties, career management and goal-setting.

Talia’s clients appreciate her direct approach to problem solving, and the clear structure she provides for resolution. Add a dash of humour, and a generous helping of motivation and results are quickly achieved.

Talia is by nature a trouble shooter. In the corporate world, she helped companies establish new businesses and fix poor performing businesses.

Now Talia prefers to work in the personal arena, as a Leadership Coach helping people from all walks of life make improvements to their well-being and achieve personal and business goals. She is passionate about helping people achieve personal happiness and create programs to overcome depression, anxiety and emotional eating.

She is a published author on the subjects of love and dating (Romancing the Frogs) and stress management (The Art of Calm) as well as being a contributing author to 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life with Bob Proctor, John Gray and Jack Canfield.

Talia established the Centre for Emotional Well-Being Blog in 2006 as a resource centre with articles, quizzes and helpful advice. The blog has been a finalist in the 2006 and 2007 international Weblog Awards.

Talia is widely quoted in the media. She has been interviewed extensively by television, radio and print media as well as presenting a regular segment on TVNZ’s Good Morning show. She is a confident and engaging motivator who achieves results. Look out for her in the DVD True Happiness to be released in February 2008.
